Prizes Awarded for Top Attenders

I have a very happy blog entry to add today - we are awarding prizes to our top attenders of last year. We had 8 children who attended school every single day, (Covid absences excluded) which is a fabulous achievement and shows an amazing dedication. 

I asked these 8 children why it is so important to come to school every day and here is what they said:

Maisie: Attendance every day is important because it will help you when you are older and have a job. You have to go to work every day.

Golden: School fills you with knowledge! I also don't want to miss out and if you miss a day of school it can be hard to catch up.

Harry: I don't want to miss school because all my lessons are so fun.

Jaiden: I don't want to miss school because I might miss PE. PE is my favourite because it is important to be healthy. 

Denisa: I come to school every day because one day I want to be a teacher!

Kevin: I love coming to school and learning Science. At the moment we are learning about rocks and soil, and it's really fun.

Junior: I never have days off. At school I really love arithmetic, it's my favourite subject.

Ladislav: I come to school every day because I love doing Maths.

These children have all managed to earn themselves a little prize for their dedication and we look forward to presenting them in the near future.
