Dentist Visit in Year 1

The children enjoyed a visit from dental students who talked to them about which foods are good and bad for our teeth and read them a story all about going to the dentist. We practiced brushing teeth using soft toys and rubber dentures. We dressed up as dentists and practiced checking each other's teeth with a mirror. We also learnt what time of day to brush our teeth and how long for. The children thoroughly enjoyed it.
